All products are subject to availability and seasonal variation. Some teas and accessories may differ slightly in appearance due to the handmade or natural nature of our products.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment via secure third-party processors such as Shopify Payments, PayFast, or Yoco.
By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch orders as promptly as possible, usually within 2–4 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on location and courier delays.
Steeped is not responsible for shipping delays once a parcel has been handed over to the courier.

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Tea & Tisanes

Due to the consumable nature of our products, teas and tisanes cannot be returned once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may request a photo and will arrange a replacement or refund.

Teaware & Accessories

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with proof of purchase and a photo.
Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for return or exchange.

Workshops & Events

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable, though bookings may be transferred.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

9. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services
