Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Cassia Specific:
Steep for 5–10 minutes. Sweet and spicy with a warming depth. Can be used alone or as part of chai blends. Best when broken into small pieces for better infusion.
