Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Chai Masala:
Steep for 5–10 minutes. A blend of warming spices like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. Stronger when simmered in milk, but can also be steeped with hot water. Best enjoyed sweetened and with milk or a milk alternative.
