Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Chamomile
Steep for 5–10 minutes to extract its soothing, apple-like flavour. A longer brew enhances its calming effects. Cover the cup while steeping to keep in the essential oils. Blends nicely with lavender or mint for a gentle, relaxing infusion.
