Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Cornflower:
Steep for 3–5 minutes. Mild in flavour but visually striking, cornflower is often added more for colour than taste. Use in floral blends or as a decorative touch in herbal teas.
