Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Forest Berries:
Steep for 7–10 minutes. Often a mix of dried berries and fruit pieces, it gives a sweet-tart, fruity infusion. Great hot or iced, and blends well with hibiscus or rose hips to boost tanginess.
