Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Honeybush
Steep for 5–10 minutes. Similar to rooibos, it has a mild, honey-like sweetness and smooth body. It’s naturally caffeine-free and won’t go bitter, making it ideal for evening blends or as a base for fruity or floral tisanes.
