Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Lemon Balm
Steep for 5–10 minutes for a light, lemony flavour with gentle calming properties. Use fresh or dried leaves. Works well solo or blended with chamomile, mint, or lavender for a soothing herbal tea.
