Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Lemongrass
Steep for 5–10 minutes. It has a bright, citrusy flavour that intensifies with longer brewing. Great on its own or blended with ginger, mint, or hibiscus. Also refreshing as an iced tea.
