Adjust according to the amount of water you use and your personal taste. As a rule of thumb, to get the best flavour from True Tea, it's better to use more tea leaves with a shorter steeping time, rather than fewer leaves with a longer steeping time. True Tea can be brewed multiple times, so don’t discard the leaves after just one brew!
To get water at around 95°C, simply let boiling water sit for about 1 minute after boiling.
