Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Peppermint
Steep for 7–10 minutes to fully release its strong menthol flavour and digestive benefits. It’s bold and cooling, and works well hot or cold. Often used in blends for its bright, clean finish.
