Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Mint:
Steep for 5–10 minutes for a cooling, refreshing taste. Suitable on its own or in blends. Longer steeping brings out a bolder flavour. Pairs well with green tea, lemon balm, or liquorice root.
