Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once.
Rose Petals
Steep for 3–5 minutes. Delicate and floral, rose petals add a subtle perfume-like note to blends. Best used in small amounts and combined with herbs like chamomile or hibiscus to avoid becoming too perfumey.
