Adjust according to how much water you're using and your personal taste. Unlike True Tea, tisanes usually benefit from a longer steeping time (typically 4–8 minutes) to fully release their flavour and benefits. You can be generous with the amount of herbs used, but they’re generally brewed just once
Sage:
Steep for 5–7 minutes. Strong and savoury with an earthy, slightly peppery flavour. Best used in small amounts or mixed with lemon, thyme, or honey for a more balanced infusion.
